Enquiry information
The form collects your name, email, location, project description, interest and profile. Phone, company and technical details are optional. It also records the language and source page to provide context for the response.
Purpose and access
Enquiries are sent to [email protected] for the team to assess and respond. There is no automatic marketing subscription. Submission relies on the website’s configured hosting and email services.
Abuse prevention
The service uses an identifier derived from the IP address to limit submission attempts, without including that address in the enquiry email. Temporary rate-limit records are deleted after 24 hours. The hosting provider may retain technical access and security logs.

For questions about data processing or to request access, correction or deletion, contact [email protected]. Avoid sending sensitive data or information unnecessary for the assessment.
Basis and retention
Assessing and responding to your enquiry supports pre-contractual steps you request. Service protection relies on the legitimate interest in preventing abuse. Data should be kept only as necessary to assess and follow up the enquiry and meet applicable legal obligations. The application does not create a contact database: the enquiry is held in the team’s email inbox.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, as applicable, by contacting [email protected]. You can lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD. We do not make automated decisions about your enquiry. The form cannot be submitted without its essential fields.
Hosting and delivery
The website and email inbox are hosted on the Arvixe cPanel service. Web traffic passes through Cloudflare, which may process technical data to route and protect access. These services are not used for advertising or audience analytics on this website.
